A. We handle all varieties of questions and situations, from romantic to work related to ethical issues.

2. Why are your prices so low?

A. We believe that a person should be able to go online and search for advice on a subject without having to cough up a large sum of money. A low price will encourage that person to come back again. Low prices also mean great, heartfelt advice.

3. Do you offer refunds?

A. No. Due to the inexpensiveness of our services we cannot offer refunds. Any dissatisfactions will be handled correctly, professionally and courteously.

5. How much do you charge?

6. What if you cannot answer my question or advise me on a particular subject?

A. We will do our best to give the best answers and advice possible but if we cannot appropriately help you we will refer you to someone who can.

7. Are you licensed professionals?

A. No we are not and we do not pretend to be. We are like a good friend you go to when you need help on a certain subject. We pride ourselves as being good listeners and give everyone the best advice we possibly can. We treat everyone with respect and professionalism, like we would want to be treated.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover. We also accept PayPal.  You have the option to checkout using PayPal or Google Checkout.  Either way, your data is secure.

9. Is my information safe?

A.  Payments are processed through PayPal or Google Checkout. They both use the latest technology to ensure that your sensitive data is kept secure.

10. Will you sell / share my data, such as my email address?

11. Can I set up a phone response and speak to someone live?

A. Unfortunately we are not setup to respond by phone. Perhaps in the near future we will be able to offer such services. Be sure to check back often.
